An Air Georgian Canadair CRJ-200 on behalf of Air Canada, registration C-GKEP performing flight ZX-7377/AC-7377 (dep Jul 21st) from Washington Dulles,DC (USA) to Toronto,ON (Canada) with 48 people on board, was descending towards Toronto when the crew declared PAN reporting the loss of control and being able to make only left hand turns. The crew managed a safe landing at Toronto about 25 minutes after declaring PAN.

The Canadian TSB reported the crew declared PAN due to control difficulties when turning right, the PAN call was upgraded to Mayday by ATC. The aircraft landed without further difficulties. The operator's maintenance is investigating the nature of the problem.
