On Jun 28th 2016 the Canadian TSB reported: "The operator’s maintenance is investigating."
On Jun 28th 2016 a Civil Aviation Safety Inspector reported after collecting additional information from the airline, that the lead flight attendant told the cockpit in the climb, that it was cold in the cabin. After the cabin pressure warning activated, the crew donned their oxygen masks and descended the aircraft to 10,000 feet, the cabin altitude continued to climb until reaching about 15000-16000 feet before it began to decrease again later stabilizing at 6000 feet, at which point the air became warm again. A service difficulty report was filed, the cabin pressure controller and the cabin pressure control panel were replaced, the cabin pressure tested and adjusted. The Aviation Safety Inspector was satisfied with the actions taken and advised Transport Canada did not need to take further action.
