The airline reported the aircraft diverted due to an indicator light suggesting a possible mechanical problem.
On Jun 17th 2016 the Canadian TSB reported that maintenance found the right air-pack door hinge was worn which prevented the door to close tightly with the fuselage. The door was temporarily fastened to the fuselage and the aircraft returned to service.
The occurrence aircraft remained on the ground for about 20 hours then positioned back to London Heathrow.
