A Republic Airlines Embraer ERJ-175 on behalf of United, registration N736YX performing flight UA-3358 from Newark,NJ to Buffalo,NY (USA), was cleared to climb to FL330 when the crew stopped the climb at FL260 due to problems with the cabin pressure and initiated an emergency descent to 10,000 feet.
