A Dniproavia Embraer ERJ-145, registration UR-DNT performing flight Z6-507 from Dnepropetrovsk (Ukraine) to Istanbul (Turkey), completed what appeared to be an uneventful flight with a safe landing on Ataturk Airport's runway 05 and taxied to the apron. A post flight inspection revealed hydraulic fluid dripping off the right hand main gear, the #3 tyre (inboard right hand) was damaged by part separation of the tread, parts of the broken rubber impacted a hydraulic line causing a leak and were ingested by the right hand engine causing damage to 2 fan blades.

Ukraine's NBAAI reported that the flight data recorder revealed the landing occurred normally within all parameters, however when brakes were applied the #3 brakes pressure remained below the other pressure lines and the right hand engine's vibrations increased. The NBAAI concluded the probable cause of the incident was: the tread of tyre #3 was damaged probably as result of a cut by a sharp foreign object.
