A Yamal Airlines Boeing 737-400, registration VQ-BII performing flight YC-9773 from Ufa to Noyabrsk (Russia) with 154 passengers and 6 crew, was enroute at FL330 about 250nm north of Tyumen (Russia) when the crew decided to divert to Tyumen due to electrical problems. The aircraft landed safely in Tyumen about 45 minutes later.

Ural's Transport Investigation Department reported the crew made an unscheduled landing at Tyumen due to power supply problems, there were no injuries and no damage. An investigation has been opened.
