An Austral Embraer ERJ-190 on behalf of Aerolineas Argentinas, registration LV-CHO performing flight AR-2431 from San Juan,SJ to Buenos Aires Aeroparque,BA (Argentina) with 90 people on board, was climbing out of San Juan when the crew reported a problem with the ailerons and decided to return to San Juan for a safe landing about 20 minutes after departure.

The airline confirmed a mechanical problems with an aileron.

The flight was cancelled, a bigger aircraft was dispatched for the rotation AR-1434/AR-1435 which delivered the passengers of AR-2431 to Aeroparque Airport with a delay of 6 hours.

The occurrence aircraft resumed service the following day.
