An Ikar Airlines Boeing 767-300, registration VP-BMC performing flight IK-112 from Simferopol (Ukraine) to Irkutsk (Russia), was in the initial climb out of Simferopol's runway 19R when the right hand engine (PW4060) ingested a bird prompting the crew to stop the climb at 5000 feet, shut the engine down, burn off fuel at 3000 feet and return to Simferopol for a safe landing about 45 minutes after departure.
