On Jun 2nd 2015 the French BEA reported in their weekly bulletin that the engine #2 torque and ITT indications fluctuated followed by a loud bang and vibrations of the engine, the ITT rose to the maximum value of the gauge. The power lever was brought to idle, the ITT did not decrease prompting the crew to shut the engine down. The occurrence was rated a serious incident and is being investigated by Pakistan's Accident Investigation Board.
