A Donavia Boeing 737-400 on behalf of Aeroflot, registration VQ-BCS performing flight D9-4304/SU-4303 from Rostov to Moscow Sheremetyevo (Russia) with 123 people on board, was climbing through FL230 out of Rostov when the crew decided to return to Rostov reporting electrical problems. The aircraft landed safely on Rostov's runway 22 about 30 minutes after departure.

A replacement Boeing 737-400 registration VQ-BAN reached Moscow with a delay of 3 hours.
