A Donavia Boeing 737-500, registration VP-BYU performing flight D9-4380 from Sochi to St. Petersburg (Russia) with 61 passengers and 6 crew, was enroute near Rostov (Russia) when the crew received indication of loss of cabin pressure and initiated an emergency descent. The aircraft diverted to Rostov for a safe landing.

A replacement Boeing 737-400 registration VP-BAO reached St. Petersburg with a delay of 4:20 hours.

Rosaviatsia reported after received a loss of cabin pressure indication the crew initiated an emergency descent to FL100 and diverted to Rostov for a safe landing.
