An Up Airlines Boeing 737-800 on behalf of El Al, registration 4X-EKU performing flight LY-2521 from Tel Aviv (Israel) to Prague (Czech Republic) with 181 people on board, had taken off Tel Aviv's runway 26 and was enroute at FL360 about 90nm north of Antalya (Turkey) when the crew decided to return to Tel Aviv after receiving information that one of their tyres might have been damaged on takeoff, tyre debris had been found on the departure runway. The aircraft landed safely back on runway 26 about 85 minutes after the decision to turn around. The outboard right main gear tyre was found inflated but lacking its tread.

A replacement Boeing 737-800 registration 4X-EKR reached Prague with a delay of 6 hours.
