An Rossiya Airbus A319-100, registration VQ-BAR performing flight FV-6805 from St. Petersburg (Russia) to Astana (Kazakhstan), was climbing out of St. Petersburg's runway 28L when the crew stopped the climb at about 12,000 feet and descended to 10,000 feet again due to the cabin not properly pressurizing. The aircraft returned to St. Petersburg for a safe landing on runway 28L about 70 minutes after departure.
