A Calm Air Avions de Transport Regional ATR-42-300, registration C-FECI performing flight MO-7390 from Churchill,MB to Hall Beach,NU (Canada) with 15 people on board, was enroute at FL210 about 100nm south of Repulse Bay,NU (Canada) when the crew received indication of oil pressure loss on the right hand engine (PW121). The crew shut the engine down and diverted to Coral Harbour,NU for a safe landing.

The Canadian TSB reported maintenance found a leaking seal between the propeller high pressure hydraulic pump and the overspeed governor and replaced the seal. The seal had also leaked during a flight on Dec 21st 2014, an engine shut down had not been necessary on that flight. Maintenance therefore replaced two other components, too.
