A Gazprom Avia Sukhoi Superjet 100-95, registration RA-89029 performing flight 4G-457 from Tyumen to Novy Urengoy (Russia) with 86 passengers and 9 crew, was climbing out of Tyumen when the crew did not receive indication the gear had completely retracted and locked in the up position. The crew stopped the climb at FL090 and returned to Tyumen for a safe landing about 85 minutes after departure.

The flight was cancelled.

Ural's Investigation Department of Transportation have opened an investigation.
