A Gazpromavia Sukhoi Superjet 100-95, registration RA-89030 performing flight 4G-433 from Novy Urgengoy to Ufa (Russia), was enroute at FL320 about 200nm southwest of Novy Urgengoy when the crew descended the aircraft to FL280 due to the failure of their Traffic Collision Avoidance System. The aircraft continued to Ufa for a safe landing about 2 hours later.

The occurrence aircraft remained on the ground for about 17 hours before returning to service.
