A Cebu Pacific Airbus A320-200, registration RP-C3238 performing flight 5J-672 from Manila (Philippines) to Beijing (China), was enroute at 11,500 meters (FL377) about 380nm westnorthwest of Shanghai (China) when the crew descended the aircraft to 6900 meters (FL228) and set course to divert to Shanghai's Pudong Airport due to a cracked windshield at the captain's side. The aircraft landed safely in Shanghai about one hour later.
