A US Airways Boeing 757-200, registration N941UW performing flight US-725 from Dublin (Ireland) to Charlotte,NC (USA) with 176 people on board, was in the initial climb out of Dublin's runway 28 when the crew stopped the climb at FL060 reporting problems with an engine (RB211) and decided to return to Dublin for a safe landing about 15 minutes after departure.

The flight was cancelled.
