A JoyAir Xian MA-60, registration B-3455 performing flight JR-1533 from Taiyuan to Zhengzhou (China) with 37 passengers and 7 crew, touched down safely and without any indication of problems on Zhengzhou's runway 12 when during the roll out the nose started to lower and finally contacted the runway emitting sparks until the aircraft came to a stand still. The occupants evacuated onto the runway, there were no injuries, the aircraft sustained substantial damage.

The airline stated the nose gear unexpectedly and uncommandedly retracted. There were no injuries. The aircraft needed to be towed off the runway.
