After arrival at the gate the right nose wheel was found missing however.

The airline confirmed that VN-B219 dropped a nose wheel sometime somewhere during flight VN-1673. Three searches for the wheel each at both Haiphong and Da Nang Airport remained without success. The search is now being extended to the close vicinity of the aerodromes in the departure path and path of final approach. The crew had not detected any anomalies during departure or landing.
