Cargojet B762 at Iqaluit on Sep 14th 2013, landed on closed runway section

The Canadian TSB reported that two of the tyres received damage (cuts) as result of contact with the temporary runway lights, the damage however remained within limits permitting the aircraft to continue the journey. At the time of the landing the crew was not aware of the NOTAM.
The aircraft departed Iqaluit about 90 minutes after landing.
