LAN Colombia DH8B at Pereira on Sep 18th 2013, engine failure

The airport initially reported the crew advised of an engine fire indication, the aircraft was evacuated after landing, later the airport reported of a mechanical problem in one of the engines.
The airline stated that rumours and press reports of an engine fire were not true, the engine lost power however requiring the return to Pereira.
