An Air Wisconsin Canadair CRJ-200 on behalf of US Airways, registration N452AW performing flight ZW-3706/US-3706 from Philadelphia,PA (USA) to Halifax,NS (Canada) with 46 people on board, was departing Philadelphia when the crew received an antiskid inboard caution message. Upon gear retraction the caution extinguished. After working the relevant checklists the crew consulted with dispatch, the runway length in Halifax was found sufficient for a landing. The crew therefore continued the flight to Halifax, where the crew declared emergency. The landing on runway 23 was completed without further incident, upon vacating the runway the crew advised emergency services were no longer needed and taxied the aircraft to the apron.
