An Air Canada Airbus A330-300, registration C-GFUR performing flight AC-879 from Zurich (Switzerland) to Toronto,ON (Canada) with 265 passengers and 10 crew, was enroute at FL360 about 60nm northeast of Paris (France) when the crew reported problems with the cabin pressurization system but did not need to descend the aircraft. The crew decided to return to Zurich, declared PAN due to the pending overweight landing reporting there were no other issues and landed safely on Zurich's runway 16 about an hour later. Emergency services followed the aircraft to the gate.

On Aug 22nd 2013 the Canadian TSB reported the crew received a bleed fault indication for the right hand engine (Trent 772), declared PAN and returned to Zurich. The cause is under investigation by the airline.
