A Ukraine International Airlines Boeing 737-400, registration UR-GAO performing flight PS-501 from Kiev (Ukraine) to London Gatwick,EN (UK), landed on Gatwick's runway 26L but burst a tyre on touch down at 11:17L (10:17Z). The aircraft rolled out safely and taxied to the apron.

The runway was closed for about 10 minutes for a runway inspection.
