Passengers reported the aircraft seriously vibrated for quite some long time, then the vibrations stopped for a short time before starting a second time. The crew announced they would need to divert to Bucaramanga but did not provide any further information about what was happening.
The airline confirmed the aircraft diverted to Bucaramanga as a safety precaution, the passengers continued the journey on a replacement aircraft.
