A Yakutia Boeing 737-800, registration VQ-BOY performing flight R3-869 from Krasnodar (Russia) to Istanbul Ataturk (Turkey), was climbing through FL180 when due to both air conditioning systems being inoperative the cabin pressure dropped prompting the flight crew to descend the aircraft to FL100 and return to Krasnodar for a safe landing about 30 minutes after departure.

Rosaviatsia reported an alarm activated that the aircraft was climbing without airconditioning.
