A Jazz de Havilland Dash 8-100, registration C-GJSX performing flight QK-7951 from Hartford,CT (USA) to Toronto,ON (Canada) with 22 people on board, was enroute when the #2 hydraulic system quantity and pressure indications dropped to zero. The crew actioned the relevant checklists, continued the flight to Toronto, declared emergency, performed a manual gear extension and landed the aircraft safely on runway 24R.

The Canadian TSB reported maintenance found the fitting on the #2 Engine Driven Pump inlet line to the pressure manifold sheared off at the manifold end. The fitting was replaced, leak tests performed and the aircraft returned to service. A service difficulty report was filed.
