A CSA Czech Airlines Avion de Transport Regional ATR-72-500, registration F-GRPK performing flight OK-526 from Prague (Czech Republic) to Dusseldorf (Germany), was climbing out of Prague's runway 24 when the crew received a low pressure indication for the blue hydraulic system, declared Mayday, stopped the climb at FL100 and entered a hold to work the relevant checklists. After working the checklists and commencing the approach back to Prague the crew cancelled the emergency and landed safely on runway 24, with emergency services on stand by, about 35 minutes after departure.

Czech's Accident Investigation Institute UZPLN reported the electric pump of the blue hydraulic system was identified defective and was replaced.
