A CSA Czech Airlines Avion de Transport Regional ATR-72-500, registration F-GRPK performing flight OK-522 from Prague (Czech Republic) to Dusseldorf (Germany), was climbing out of Prague's runway 24 when the crew received a hydraulic low pressure and low quantity indication for the blue hydraulic system. The crew declared PAN, stopped the climb at FL120 and returned to Prague for a safe landing on runway 24 about 25 minutes after departure.

Czech's Accident Investigation Institute (UZPLN) reported in their quarterly bulletin that maintenance replaced a pipe showing a leaking connector at the electrical pump of the blue hydraulic system, refilled the hydraulic system and conducted functional tests before returning the aircraft to service.
