A passenger reported an engine emitted bangs and streaks of flame, the passengers complained that there was no announcement by crew and no information from the airline whatsoever although they contacted the airline directly and via their Facebook presence.
A replacement Airbus A320-200 registration XA-ROA reached Chihuahua with a delay of 3.5 hours.
