A LOT Polish Airlines Boeing 737-8 MAX, registration SP-LVO performing flight LO-6212 from Palma Mallorca,SP (Spain) to Warsaw (Poland), was enroute at FL360 about 100nm south of Milan (Italy) when the first officer decided to divert to Milan advising the captain was incapacitated. The aircraft landed safely on Milan's runway 35R about 30 minutes later.

The aircraft remained on the ground for about 7 hours, then continued the flight and reached Warsaw with a delay of about 6.5 hours.
