A LOT Polish Airlines Embraer ERJ-195, registration SP-LNL performing flight LO-615 from Warsaw (Poland) to Ljubljana (Slovenia), was on final ILS approach to Ljubljana's runway 30 but failed to intercept the ILS, as result the aircraft descended below the glide path until the EGPWS sounded "Terrain! Terrain!" and "Pull Up! Pull Up!" warnings. The crew initiated the GPWS escape maneouver and went around, positioned for another approach to runway 30 and landed without further incident about 12 minutes later.

Slovenia's AIB rated the occurrence a serious incident and opened an investigation.
