The FAA reported: "AIRCRAFT DECLARED AN EMERGENCY DUE TO FUMES AND PASSENGERS AND FLIGHT CREW WERE USING SUPPLEMENTAL OXYGEN, FORT LAUDERDALE, FL.", stated there were minor injuries to 5 cabin crew.
The aircraft returned to service about 33 hours after landing.
