A Frontier Airlines Airbus A320-200N, registration N394FR performing flight F9-3546 from San Juan (Puerto Rico) to New York JFK,NY (USA) with 152 people on board, was descending towards New York when the crew reported a fuel leak, they had shut their right hand engine (LEAP) down as result. The aircraft was cleared for the ILS approach runway 13L and landed safely.

The FAA reported: "Frontier Airlines Flight 3546 landed safely at John F. Kennedy Airport in New York around 12:45 p.m. local time Thursday, Oct. 30, after the crew reported an engine issue. The Airbus A320 departed from Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport in Puerto Rico. The FAA will investigate."

The aircraft is still on the ground at JFK about 48 hours after landing.
