A Skywest Canadair CRJ-200 on behalf of United, registration N930EV performing flight UA-5024 from Denver,CO to Cheyenne,WY (USA) with 48 people on board, was climbing through about 11000 feet out of Denver's runway 25 when the crew donned their oxygen masks and reported a problem with their cabin pressure and requested to descent to 10,000 feet. The aircraft returned to Denver for a safe landing on runway 16R about 20 minutes after departure.

A replacement CRJ-200 registration N967SW reached Cheyenne with a delay of about 5.5 hours.

The occurrence aircraft resumed service about 7:45 hours after landing.
