A SAS Scandinavian Airlines Airbus A320-200N, registration SE-ROM performing flight SK-1804 from Malaga,SP (Spain) to Stockholm (Sweden), was enroute at FL380 about 50nm south of Paris Charles de Gaulle (France) when the crew decided to divert to Paris CDG reporting a smoke indication. The aircraft landed safely on CDG's runway 27L about 30 minutes later.

The airline reported a smoke indication in the cockpit prompted the diversion.

The remainder of the flight was cancelled, the passenger were taken to hotels and rebooked onto other flights the following day.

The aircraft remained on the ground in Paris for about 41 hours, then positioned to Oslo (Norway).
