Passengers reported the captain announced a technical problem first, later stated that he decided to reject takeoff when the first officer, pilot flying, began to rotate the aircraft at a speed the captain considered too low. The captain therefore took control and rejected the takeoff. The aircraft returned to the apron, they were rebooked onto other flights.
The airline reported the captain rejected takeoff following an alarm by an aircraft system.
The flight was cancelled.
The aircraft is still on the ground in Stockholm about 31 hours after the rejected takeoff.
ADS-B data transmitted by the aircraft suggest the aircraft veered towards the right hand edge of the runway reaching the maximum speed at about the time when the aircraft began to return onto the center line.
