A Cargojet Boeing 757-200, registration C-GCJT performing flight W8-926 from Cincinnati,KY (USA) to Vancouver,BC (Canada) with 2 crew, was on approach to Vancouver when the crew received a flaps disagree message and went around. The crew prepared for a flaps up landing on runway 26L at a higher than normal speed (about 175 knots over ground) about 15 minutes later.

The Canadian TSB reported mainteance performed multiple system checks but found no faults and returned the aircraft to service.
