An Easyjet Switzerland Airbus A320-200, registration HB-JYD performing flight U2-1017 from Basel (Switzerland)/Mulhouse (France) to Ibiza,SP (Spain) with 174 passengers and 6 crew, was enroute at FL350 about 100nm south of Geneva (Switzerland) when the crew descended the aircraft to FL100 normally reporting they had indication of a cabin pressurization problem and decided to divert to Geneva advising, it was a precautionary technical diversion only. The aircraft landed safely on Geneva's runway 04 about 30 minutes after leaving FL350.

The aircraft returned to service about 22 hours after landing.
