A PIA Pakistan International Airlines Boeing 777-200, registration AP-BGK performing flight PK-248 (sched. dep May 5th) from Dammam (Saudi Arabia) to Lahore (Pakistan), landed on Lahore's runway 36R but burst a tyre on landing. The aircraft rolled out safely.

The aircraft remained on the ground for about 13.5 hours before returning to service.
