An Easyjet Airbus A320-200, registration G-EZUX performing flight U2-4292 from Venice (Italy) to Paris Orly (France), was on final approach to Orly's runway 26 when during gear extension cabin crew noticed unusual sounds. The aircraft continued for a safe landing and taxied to the gate, where passengers disembarked.

Following the cabin crew's observations flight crew performed additional tests of flight controls and flaps extension, while passengers for flight U2-4025 to Toulouse (France) were already boarding.

A passenger booked onto flight 4025 reported, that the captain subsequently announced a hydraulic leak was detected after the flight attendants had noticed unusual sounds during the gear extension inbound to Paris. About 40 minutes later it was decided a replacement aircraft would take the passengers to Toulouse.

A replacement A320-200 registration G-EZWF reached Toulouse with a delay of 6 hours.

The incident aircraft was able to resume service at about the same time when G-EZWF departed Orly.
