Lufthansa A20N at Hamburg on Dec 15th 2021, nose gear did not retract

A passenger reported the captain announced they could not retract the nose landing gear. They were rebooked onto other flights.
The aircraft is still on the ground in Hamburg about 33 hours after landing back.
