The German BFU reported in their August bulletin released in November, that Czech Authorities have initiated an investigation into the A320 crossing runway 12 while rolling along runway 24. The brief notice does not mention details of the landing clearance (e.g. hold short of runway 12 as part of the clearance).
The Czech Aviation Accident Investigation Institute (CAAII) released a brief note in their bulletin covering the 3rd quarter 2012, that callsign DLH8RC (=flight LH-1398) was cleared to land on runway 24 and vacate via taxiway D (the taxiway past the intersection with runway 12) but turned onto runway 12 instead. The CAAII rated the occurrence a serious incident.
The stop bar for the holding point runway 12 is located on runway 24 about 2040 meters/6690 feet past the threshold runway 24.
