A Jonika Boeing 737-400, registration UR-CSV performing a charter flight from Kiev Zhulyani (Ukraine) to Luxor (Egypt), was climbing out of Kiev when the crew stopped the climb at about FL170 and retured to Kiev due to the failure of both autopilots. The aircraft landed safely about 20 minutes after departure.

Ukraine's NBAAI reported damage to the wire W371-035-22 inside connector D4115J was found. The pin of the connector was replaced and the autopilots ground tested.
