A Jonika Boeing 737-300, registration UR-CQW performing flight JO-3331 from Kiev Zhulyani (Ukraine) to Tel Aviv (Israel), was climbing out of Zhulyani Airport when the crew requested to level off at 4000 feet MSL for technical reasons for about 5 minutes. The crew subsequently continued the climb but again stopped at 9000 feet MSL and decided to return to Kiev due to being unable to retract the landing gear. The aircraft landed safely back at Kiev's Zhulyani Airport.

Ukraine's NBAAI reported the air/ground sensor and relay were malfunctioning. Sensor and relay were replaced.
