A Swiss Airbus A330-300, registration HB-JHC performing flight LX-294 from Zurich (Switzerland) to Nairobi (Kenya) with 221 passengers and 10 crew, departed Zurich's runway 32 at 11:36L (10:36Z) and completed a seemingly uneventful flight with a safe landing in Nairobi.

On Apr 6th 2020 Switzerland's SUST reported however, they opened an investigation into the flight due to a tail strike during takeoff. The aircraft received scratches and dents at the belly of the fuselage.

The aircraft remained on the ground in Nairobi until Mar 10th 2020, then operated back to Zurich as flight LX-294 and hasn't flown since (possibly also due to the Corona crisis).
