TAP A339 near Lisbon on Dec 17th 2019, failure of weather radar

A passenger reported the captain announced their weather radar had failed, they were returning to Lisbon. The flight had been very smooth, however, the captain kept the fasten seat belt signs on from takeoff to landing. The passengers were rebooked onto the flight the following day.
