A Jazz Aviation de Havilland Dash 8-400, registration C-GGNF performing flight QK-8382 from Edmonton,AB to Fort McMurray,AB (Canada) with 8 people on board, was enroute at FL250 about 100nm northnortheast Edmonton when the crew received a cabin pressure indication and initiated a descent to 14000 feet and was subsequently cleared to 10000 feet. The crew decided to return to Edmonton and landed safely back about 35 minutes after leaving FL250.

The Canadian TSB reported maintenance replaced the cabin pressure controller.
