An Air Canada Boeing 787-9, registration C-FKSV performing flight AC-875 from Frankfurt/Main (Germany) to Montreal,QC (Canada) with 243 passengers and 10 crew, was enroute at FL380 near N57 W25 about 440nm south of Keflavik (Iceland), when the right hand hydraulic system lost pressure. The flight crew declared PAN PAN and prepared to turn around and divert to London Heathrow, but discovered that the right hand hydraulic pressure as well as quantity could be maintained with the electric driven pump, thus neither safety of flight nor ETOPS critera were affected. The crew cancelled PAN PAN and continued the flight to Montreal for a safe landing.

The Canadian TSB reported maintenance found the engine driven hydraulic pump was leaking and replaced the pump.
